Finding somewhere to live is a big part of the student experience, and demand for the houses near campus runs ahead of what is free at any one moment. The waitlist is how we keep that fair: tell us what you are looking for, and you hear from us when something that actually fits comes up.

Tell us what you need
Message us on WhatsApp or send an email. Say when you want to move in, roughly what budget you have in mind, and anything that matters to you in a house.
We reply
A person reads it and answers — usually within one to two working days. If we already have something that fits, we will say so straight away.
We come back when something fits
When a room matching what you asked for comes free, we contact you with the details and what to do next. Rooms move quickly, so the reply window is short.
We cannot guarantee a particular room or a particular move-in date — availability is what it is. What we can promise is a straight answer.

How long is the wait?
It depends entirely on demand and on what you are looking for — anywhere from a couple of weeks to a couple of months. We will tell you honestly where things stand rather than leave you guessing.
Can I say what I am looking for?
Please do. Neighbourhood, how many housemates, furnished, budget, move-in date — all of it helps, and it is what we match against.
Will you tell me about everything, or only what fits?
Only what fits what you told us. If your plans change, message us and we will update it.
Does it cost anything?
No. Joining the waitlist is free. If you go on to apply for a room, any fees or deposits are set out clearly before you commit to anything.
