Every city needs a Dark Knight

Gotham is a Maryland Avenue rowhouse that leans all the way into its name. A Batman cowl from The Dark Knight sits on a plinth by the door. A GOTHAM CITY sign points down the hall, a WALL STREET plate rests on the mantel and the city skyline runs along the wall in five framed panels. Behind the theatre it is a straightforward, well-kept student house: six furnished rooms, three bathrooms, a full kitchen and a rear yard.
