Three bedrooms, one cinema, a red carpet
Leia is a three-bedroom house on 28th Street that has been given over, completely and without irony, to the movies. A red carpet runs up the hall between velvet ropes, under a doormat that welcomes you to the dark side. The dining table sits inside its own set of stanchions with Walk of Fame stars on the wall above it, and there is a cabinet of Oscars by the window. The back room is a proper cinema — a projection screen, blackout curtains, film posters and sofas — and there is a popcorn machine to go with it. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: 201 with two closets, 202 the snuggest, and 203, a very large room with a king bed and a bay window you could put a desk in, which is exactly what has been done.

Three bedrooms, the big one free in December
Room 203 — the large one with the king bed and the bay window — comes free on 19 December 2026, in time for the spring semester. Room 201 follows on 1 June 2027 and Room 202 on 1 August 2027.
