A four-bedroom house on North Howard Street, done out end to end as an American road trip — four rooms named for four cities, two of them with a bathroom of their own.
Mohica is a whole house on North Howard Street, and it has been decorated with a straight face and a lot of commitment. The living room is a saloon — a wall of brick, a longhorn skull, carved timber around the window, Route 66 signs and a flag cushion on the sofa. The kitchen says LIBERTY over the cabinets. Upstairs the landing is hung with national-park posters, and every bedroom door carries the map of the city it is named for: Washington DC on the first floor, then New York, Chicago and San Francisco. Washington DC and New York each have a bathroom of their own; Chicago and San Francisco share the tiled one on the landing.

Pick a floor, then a pin on the plan — what the room costs, what's in it and when it comes free.
