Six rooms in a house that brings the spirit of Southeast Asia to Maryland Avenue — masks, maps and shells on the walls, and warmth in every corner.
Na'Yo is the rowhouse on Maryland Avenue that decided to be somewhere warmer. Carved mirrors and hand fans on the walls, a shadow box of gourds, shells and starfish, an old world map above the sofa and a French colonial poster on the stairwell. Underneath it all it is a straightforward student house: six furnished rooms across three floors, a full kitchen, a dining room and a living room big enough for everyone at once.

Pick a floor, then a pin on the plan — what the room costs, what's in it and when it comes free.

All six are taken for 2026–27 and every one of them frees up on the same day — 1 August 2027. Take a room, or take the house.
