Four rooms on Guilford Avenue named for Italian cities — Naples, Rome, Venice and Pisa — and Rome, the big front room upstairs, comes free on 1 January.
Siena is the smallest and quietest of our Baltimore houses — four furnished rooms over two floors, each named for an Italian city. Two full bathrooms, so four people never queue. A proper kitchen with room to eat in it, a laundry at the back, and a living room between the foyer and the hall. And unlike the rest of the houses, Siena has something open soon: room 201, the big front room with the bay window, frees up on 1 January.

Pick a floor, then a pin on the plan — what the room costs, what's in it and when it comes free.

Three of the four run to July 2027. Rome — room 201, the big front room with the bay window — frees up on 1 January, in time for the spring semester.
Siena's real lease calendar through August 2028. Room 201 is the near-term opening: free from 1 January 2027.
